Norstat will offer B2B and B2C CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews) to all regions of Russia starting from 01.03.2010. Currently Norstat is not planning to open an office in Russia.

The interviewers will be native speakers located in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. The move also helps utilize better the Baltic call centers which currently have 64 CATI stations.
